BizSet prepares and files company formation applications on your behalf and provides related services you order. Approval of a company, licence, tax number or bank account is always the decision of the relevant authority or bank.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and complete, and that you are the owner or legally authorised to apply. You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
Fees
Our service fee and the government fee are shown separately before you pay. Government fees are paid to the registry and are set by the authority.
Timing
Processing times are estimates. They start after your application is complete and approved by our team, and can change because of registry workload.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the order concerned, to the extent the law allows.
