What we collect
We collect the information you give us to register and manage your company: your name, contact details, passport and identity documents, address, company details and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
Why we use it
We use your data to prepare and file your application with the registry, verify identity as required by anti-money-laundering rules, provide registered-agent and mail services, send you updates and invoices, and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to deliver the service: government registries and free-zone authorities, our registered-agent and filing partners, banks you ask us to introduce you to, and payment and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep company and identity records for as long as the law requires after the end of our service, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, and object to marketing. Contact us at the support email shown on our website.
